When you hire a contractor directly, you're managing them — chasing site visits, comparing quotes, enforcing quality, handling disputes. AnyWeatherJA takes that on. Our partners deliver the trade work, but you have one contract with us and one number to call. We hold them accountable so you don't have to.
The JMD $10,000 site visit fee covers a certified installer's time to measure your roof, assess shading, check your electrical panel, and produce a precise system design. It's deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with installation, so it's effectively free for serious customers — and it filters out tire-kickers so we can give every paying client our full attention.
If you buy your roofing materials through us and use our installation team, we discount the material cost by 10%. This is possible because of trade pricing we've negotiated through our supplier network. If you only want labour or only want materials, we can still help — but the discount only applies to the bundled package.
You raise it with us, not the contractor. We hold the contract with our partners, including workmanship warranties and quality clauses. If something falls short of agreed spec, we get it fixed before final payment is released — and we cover the disputes internally so you're never stuck in the middle.

All payments are made directly to AnyWeatherJA — never to the contractor on-site. Most projects use a milestone structure: deposit on contract signing, progress payment(s), and final payment after sign-off. We'll outline the exact schedule in your agreement before any work begins.
